Private Locates Waiver Disclosure

If you require private locates for private utilities (ex. gas or hydro lines connected to your pool, hot tub, shed, sprinkler system, etc.), and want GroundGuardians to facilitate this for you, please provide the following information, and we will gather quotes on your behalf.

Rates from the private locating firm will be billed as additional charges directly to you. By proceeding, the client authorizes GroundGuardians to coordinate this service on their behalf and accepts responsibility for all associated costs. GroundGuardians acts only as a coordinator and assumes no liability for the performance, accuracy, or timelines of the private locating firm.
